The power and strength from heavy 5/8ths
steel represents the combatants. The tension was achieved by cut and
placement of the curves. The surface was sanded down and stained black but
rubbed off to reveal the texture of the raw metal. It was then sealed by a
powder coating and heat application. The base is designed to interlock,
enabling mobility of the piece and denotes the front of the sculpture |
